The first edition of this book is available full text (a scanned text, so the quality isn't brilliant). Not something new, but I don't think I've blogged it before. It's good for the history of IL (with bias towards developments in North America) and for summarising the state of the art up to the point it was written.Spitzer, K. , Eisenberg, M. and Lowe, C.
