This initiative is "Promoting the need for and value of trained librarians within a free and open-to-all UK public library service". People are encouraged to add their stories about the value of public libraries; how libraries and librarians have affected their lives. The team behind Voices for the Library come from different sectors and backgrounds in the library field.
